Some people call them Constitutional Rights. The truth is the Constitution does not give us any rights. It enumerates (lists) some of the rights given to us by the Creator (nature, born with, whatever term you want to use) that the state and federal government are not to infringe. Our government has a pretty bad track record in following the constitution.

Remember that everyone is entitled to their opinion and while we don't hear it much anymore, we should all keep in mind the saying "I may not agree with what you have to say, but I will defend with my life your right to say it."

Some people say that if you're not with them, you're against them. That is not true. We can all have our own opinions and be courteous to those that disagree. In other words, no flaming.
